The staff was welcoming, and everything felt fresh and well-kept. We also enjoyed a day at the Kentucky Horse Park, which was a highlight for the family.

My kids wished they could have a quieter time at the pool. there were some rowdy guests. It could be helpful to have family-friendly pool hours.

The staff went above and beyond when they found my grandson's retainer and had it ready at the front desk. I loved relaxing in the heated swimming pool and lounging by the sun deck after a long day. The only hiccup was that housekeeping didn’t service the room on the first day, but it didn’t dampen our experience at all! 😊

Now, on the flip side, if you're in a scooter, the room layout didn't quite cut it for easy maneuvering. And that bed? Crazy high! Seriously, a wheelchair-bound traveler might struggle to get comfy without a hoist.

This place really knows how to make ya feel at home! The staff was super friendly, and they even helped me out with a room mix-up without breaking a sweat. Breakfast was on point too, with some fresh pancakes that hit the spot. Just wished the parking wasn’t so tight, but that’s not a dealbreaker.

The suite was pretty spacious and felt fresh. Loved that bathroom layout—great size and very functional. The beds were super comfy. Plus, I appreciated all the accessible electrical ports around the room, made charging devices easy. Just a great vibe overall.

Wi-fi was fast, but the fitness center was small and crowded.

my stay at holiday inn express was fantastic! the staff were incredibly nice, and the breakfast bar had the best fresh food. my room was bigger and cleaner than i expected, with plenty of towels. this hotel is close to the kentucky distillers, which was a lovely touch.
